Quality and safety – Stalkone ensures a high standard of work. Every stage of the process is therefore supervised and carefully inspected. In addition, the quality control department ensures that the work complies with the requirements. At the same time, occupational health and safety personnel support the safe organisation of everyday work. This enables us to combine quality, safety and on-time order delivery.
Moreover, we regularly train our employees and improve their qualifications. As a result, our teams work efficiently, responsibly and professionally. We also invest in modern machinery, equipment and tools. In addition, we develop tooling and expand our measuring facilities. These measures enable us to continuously improve the quality of our services, increase work precision and enhance client satisfaction.

We currently have five management systems compliant with industry requirements: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015. We also operate in accordance with ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090 (FPC). This strengthens quality, safety and effective process supervision. Moreover, our standards are confirmed by DNV certificate No. WA 00002FS.
It covers the welding workshop and a defined scope of applications, including hull equipment and machinery components. It also covers piping systems and associated production work. As a result, we carry out orders responsibly, consistently and in accordance with standards, thereby increasing client trust and the safety of cooperation.
