Machining

  • Machining – as part of its operations, Stalkone provides professional machining services. We perform them alongside the production of steel structures. This allows us to offer clients a broader range of services. Our appropriate technical facilities enable us to carry out a wide variety of work. We machine components for our own structures as well as materials entrusted to us by clients.

  • We use many types of machinery for machining operations. We work with lathes, milling machines, boring machines and planers. We also use surface grinders and slotting machines. In addition, we select the technology according to the type of material being machined. We also take into account the project requirements and expected final parameters. As a result, we ensure precise component manufacture and maintain repeatability in our machining processes.

  • We perform work for the production of our own steel structures and also process components supplied by clients. Moreover, we approach every task individually. This allows us to efficiently produce both individual components and larger series. We also handle components requiring several machining stages.

Equipment and experience

  • Twenty years of experience enable us to meet our clients’ expectations. At the same time, we ensure high quality at every stage of the process. We therefore pay particular attention to machining precision and verify the parameters specified in the technical documentation. Our quality control department supports the delivery of demanding projects. Modern measuring instruments help us achieve the required accuracy and maintain the appropriate dimensional tolerances.

  • We also have analogue and digital measuring instruments, all of which undergo periodic calibration and validation. Our equipment includes a Faro 5D measuring arm. We also use certified Mitutoyo measuring tools and digital magnetic readouts on conventional machines. This allows us to continuously monitor the quality of our work and confirm that components comply with technical requirements.

  • In addition, the machining hall has a lifting capacity of 20 tonnes. This makes it possible to handle larger and heavier components. We can therefore also carry out more demanding orders. We combine precise machining with appropriate technical facilities and provide effective quality control of finished components.
