Our machinery / services – Stalkone provides services for industry, construction and the shipbuilding sector. We combine production experience with modern technical facilities. We support clients from the material preparation stage and then carry out work through to final processing. At the same time, we ensure quality, punctuality and operational safety. Moreover, we monitor the progress of each order at every stage. This enables us to efficiently handle both individual components and larger series, while adapting the scope of services to the requirements of each specific project.
In addition, we analyse the client’s needs before starting the project. We then select the appropriate solutions, processes and sequence of work. In this way, we streamline production and reduce the risk of errors. We also ensure clear communication and continuous contact with the client. This makes cooperation efficient, smooth and predictable. Importantly, we respond flexibly to changes in the scope of the order. In this way, we improve efficiency, accuracy and safety. As a result, we provide integrated technical and execution support.

Our machinery – services
Machining – we also provide machining of individual and series-produced components. We carry out milling, turning, drilling and component preparation. We then give the components the required shapes and precise dimensions. This ensures that the components fit the subsequent stages of production. At the same time, we ensure precision, repeatability and an attractive finish. Moreover, we verify that the machining complies with the client’s documentation.
Metalworking – we also perform metalworking tasks for steel structures. We therefore handle industrial components and technical subassemblies. We then prepare parts for assembly, welding and machining. This shortens the time required for subsequent production stages. At the same time, we ensure connection accuracy and component durability, while maintaining process repeatability, order and control.
Welding – we also offer welding of steel structures, frames and subassemblies. We select the technology according to the material and intended application. We then prepare the joints in accordance with project requirements. This ensures that the welds are durable, visually consistent and safe. At the same time, we inspect workmanship quality at every stage and reduce the risk of errors and unnecessary rework.
Material cutting – we also cut materials according to the client’s specified dimensions. We prepare blanks for machining or subsequent assembly and then deliver components ready for the next production stages. As a result, the client receives parts that match the project documentation. At the same time, we reduce material waste and streamline the production process, while ensuring accuracy, repeatability and smooth execution.
Scaffolding and construction machinery – we also provide support involving scaffolding and construction machinery. We use the experience gained in the industrial market and plan the work according to project needs. This enables us to efficiently handle demanding assembly tasks. At the same time, we ensure safety, organisation and punctuality, providing the client with well-organised technical support.
Other services – we also carry out non-standard orders involving metal processing. We analyse the client’s needs before work begins and then select practical and effective technical solutions. This enables us to combine several processes within a single project. At the same time, we adapt the scope of work to the project’s technical possibilities. As a result, we save time and simplify the cooperation process.
