The controller of your personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter: “GDPR”) is Stalkone Sp. z o.o., ul. Gołębia 27, 81-185 Gdynia, Poland.

Your personal data will be processed by the Controller, in particular for the following purposes:
enabling contact with the Controller through contact forms, and for analytical and statistical purposes using Google Analytics and Hotjar.

The data will be transferred to entities processing it on our behalf under agreements with the Controller, but only for the purposes and to the extent necessary to achieve the above objectives. These entities include, among others, providers of IT services or other services ensuring the proper operation of the stalkone.com website. Such entities process data solely in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.

Apart from the entities listed above, your data may be disclosed only to entities authorised to receive it under national or European Union law. The Website Administrator has exercised due care to ensure that the personal data provided is properly secured, in particular against disclosure to unauthorised persons.

Your personal data will be processed only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing or until you withdraw your consent. The Controller reserves the right to process the data for up to three months after the purposes have been achieved in connection with its own analytical and statistical objectives.

Your personal data may be processed on the following legal bases:
a) consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), in particular for the marketing purposes of cooperating entities;
b) performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or taking action at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), in particular when ordering the Newsletter service or using the functionality of the stalkone.com website described in the Website Terms and Conditions;
c) compliance with an obligation arising from national or European Union law in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
d) purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including responding to questions submitted through the “Contact” tab and the Controller’s statistical and analytical purposes, where the Controller’s legitimate interest is the ability to analyse and compile statistics concerning its activities pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, as well as defending against potential claims on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest, where that interest consists in defending the Controller against claims by third parties.

You may withdraw the consent granted through the website at any time, including consent to the processing of data for the marketing purposes of entities cooperating with the Controller. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, portability or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing. However, if you believe that we are processing your personal data in breach of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
